Allow the installer
Go to Settings › My Fire TV › Developer options and turn on Install unknown apps for Downloader. (No Developer options? Open About and press OK on your device name 7 times.)
Get Downloader
From the Fire TV home screen, search for Downloader in the Amazon Appstore and install it (it's free).
Enter the code
Open Downloader, select the address box and type [DOWNLOADER CODE] or watchmrtv.com/app, then press Go and choose Download for Android.
Install & sign in
Press Install, then Open. Sign in with your MR TV username and password. You can delete the download file afterwards to save space.
Android TV & Google TV
Sony, TCL, Hisense, Chromecast with Google TV, NVIDIA Shield and other Android TV boxes.
Install Downloader
Open the Google Play Store on your TV, search Downloader by AFTVnews and install it.
Allow installs
In Settings › Apps › Security & restrictions › Unknown sources (or Install unknown apps), turn on Downloader.
Download & sign in
In Downloader enter [DOWNLOADER CODE] or watchmrtv.com/app, install MR TV, open it and sign in with your MR TV username and password.
Android phone or tablet
Works on phones, tablets and foldables.
Download
Open this page on your phone and tap Download for Android. If Chrome warns about the file type, tap Download anyway.
Allow the install
Open the downloaded MRTV-latest.apk. When asked, tap Settings and turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
Install & sign in
Tap Install, open MR TV and sign in with your MR TV username and password.

- Rewind live TV: on catch-up channels, press ◀ / ▶ (or drag the bar on phones) to go back in time. You'll see the programme that was on.
- Pause live TV on catch-up channels and carry on where you left off. Press OK or tap LIVE to jump back to live.
- Multiview: watch 2 channels side by side. Pick a tile with the remote to hear it, and press OK for full screen.
- Multiview respects your plan: if it allows only 1 stream at once, we'll tell you.
- Service notices and a heads-up before your subscription expires (from 1.0.8).
- In-app ads now support all placements at once (1.1.0).
